Welcoming Dianna Settles to Galerie Marguo

We are thrilled to announce our representation of Vietnamese-American artist Dianna Settles in collaboration with March Gallery.

Settles’ work explores the complexities of collective life, autonomy, and the interplay between personal and communal histories. Her vibrant compositions, often centered on themes of nature, labor, and protest, bring together moments of intimacy and activism, creating poignant reflections on the interconnectedness of people and the conditions necessary for a more sustainable world.

“We are honored to welcome Dianna Settles to the Marguo family. Dianna’s practice exemplifies our gallery’s mission to champion cross-cultural and diasporic voices,” says Vanessa Guo, co-founder of Galerie Marguo. “Her ability to craft intricate visual narratives that traverse personal and collective experiences creates a powerful platform for meaningful dialogue and cultural exchange.

Following multiple group exhibitions at international fairs and her 2023 solo exhibition in Paris, A Thousand Paths Bloom, this past year has been pivotal for Settles. Highlights include her residency at Casa Marguo in Menorca, which led to a solo presentation at Asia Now Paris, and the publication of her Menorca Sketchbook facsimile. Galerie Marguo looks forward to supporting her evolving artistic journey, working alongside March Gallery to expand her reach across America, Europe, and Asia.
