Shinya Azuma: YOROSHIKU 夜露死苦

Galerie Marguo is pleased to present YOROSHIKU 夜露死苦 by Kyoto-based Japanese artist Shinya Azuma. Opening on 2 April and on view through 11 May 2024, this exhibition marks Azuma’s first solo show in Europe and with the gallery.

 

For YOROSHIKU, a multivalent Japanese expression roughly equivalent to 'nice to meet you,' Shinya Azuma continues his exploration into the disorienting, desensitizing, and sometimes absurd reality of living as an individual in an endlessly connected world, mediated by screens and simultaneous virtual realities.
